Shipping policy
Shipping Time:
We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to holidays/sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Tracking:
Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.
When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking number info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
Delivered but not received:
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
Orders was sent back to us:
Orders that have been undelivered address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for a address update.
Once the order is re-shipped out, you will receive a new tracking number.
Address Correction:
If you need an address correction, please contact customer support with your name and order number and the correct address.
